Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had very modern and quiet rooms, but our stay was disturbed by noise from the entertainment area at night, which was not ideal with young children. The service was shockingly bad, and there was very little to do in the small town. The location was great, with deep swimming pools and well-maintained beds, although there were no authentic Spanish restaurants nearby. The dining experience was poor, with limited options and fatty bacon. The facilities were adequate but not outstanding.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in was quiet in the Annex with a magnificent sea view, but the constant noise from lorries, trollies, and staff right outside was a downside. The service was a bit hit or miss - the staff were generally happy and polite, but the persistent attempts to engage guests in activities could be annoying. The location was nice, next to the beach and close to amenities, but the beach facilities were disappointing during my visit. The dining options left something to be desired with additional charges for basic items. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were new and very beautiful, located in the newest building with direct views of the sea. Being right on the water added to the serene atmosphere. The service was generally pleasant overall, except for the last morning receptionist on one occasion. The location was stunning, with easy access to a boat for exploring other areas of Majorca. The dining experience was somewhat average, with limited options. The facilities were great, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms, well-maintained with plenty of towels, but facing east, which made the morning sun too intense on the balcony. The service was fantastic, especially from Jagoda, who was very helpful and friendly. The location was beautiful, with deep swimming pools and a short walk to the small resort with shops and restaurants. The dining experience was somewhat disappointing with limited options, including fatty bacon and cheap sausages. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location.
The hotel offers good service from the staff and a lovely view, but the rooms are nowhere near the level of comfort expected in a 4-star hotel. The location is great, near the sea and beautiful beaches.
I was impressed with the spaciousness of the room, although it lacked a balcony and had a small window. The view of the pool and beach was lovely, but the unlocked communicating door to the next room was a bit concerning. The hotel service was mostly accommodating, but we encountered some rudeness when inquiring about a late check-out. The location was excellent for beach and activities, although the early May visit meant the beach was not fully prepared. Dining options were limited, especially at the unstaffed pizzeria. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel has a modern and clean look, but noise outside could be off-putting. The staff were welcoming and polite, though some issues with reception were noted. The location is stunning, near the beach, but lacks authentic Spanish options. Dining experiences were mixed, with room for improvement. Overall, a nice stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel had immaculate rooms with a large bathroom, providing plenty of space for the three of us. However, being in The Annex brought some challenges like a smell of raw sewage and noise from the entertainment. The location was great for walking along the coast but lacked nearby shopping options.
The hotel offers breathtaking sea views and convenient access to local transportation. The rooms, although lacking balconies, provide uninterrupted sea views right from the top. The service is attentive, except for some interruptions, and the location overlooks the beach with a charming shopping precinct nearby.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the pool area was modern, clean, and well-maintained, the rooms with a sea view were not as nice as other 4-star hotels I've stayed in. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff, especially the Manager, Mari, and Jose, who went above and beyond to assist. The hotel's location next to the beach and close to the resort's amenities was fantastic, but the unfinished beach facilities were disappointing. The dining experience had its flaws, with the same food options and extra charges for certain items, but the facilities, overall, were satisfactory.
