The hotel had very modern and quiet rooms, but our stay was disturbed by noise from the entertainment area at night, which was not ideal with young children. The service was shockingly bad, and there was very little to do in the small town. The location was great, with deep swimming pools and well-maintained beds, although there were no authentic Spanish restaurants nearby. The dining experience was poor, with limited options and fatty bacon. The facilities were adequate but not outstanding.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in was quiet in the Annex with a magnificent sea view, but the constant noise from lorries, trollies, and staff right outside was a downside. The service was a bit hit or miss - the staff were generally happy and polite, but the persistent attempts to engage guests in activities could be annoying. The location was nice, next to the beach and close to amenities, but the beach facilities were disappointing during my visit. The dining options left something to be desired with additional charges for basic items. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were new and very beautiful, located in the newest building with direct views of the sea. Being right on the water added to the serene atmosphere. The service was generally pleasant overall, except for the last morning receptionist on one occasion. The location was stunning, with easy access to a boat for exploring other areas of Majorca. The dining experience was somewhat average, with limited options. The facilities were great, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
